There is no compile-step involved anymore and these bindings are uniformly using the experimental rust core: https://www.npmjs.com/package/deltachat-node note that DC core-rust (sometimes "dcc-rs") has some known issues but will become the new official core lib for Delta Chat real soon now (tm).
