in general, we try to keep the work for translators as low as possible,
eg. we keep untranslated strings for the app and upload them only after
they're settled in english language.
also, we have a special script that allows to update the sources without
the need of re-translations (eg. if we fix a typo in english).
same for the website, typically we upload the strings to transifex only
after the pull requests are already discussed and merged.
the most recent changes, however, were needed because some technical
things we had to do (and that is not yet 100% done), so the noise was/is
not really avoidable.
