Nothing has happened yet, but this newly accepted man did not contribute
to the translation and did not reply to my message.
If it's about translating a new file strings.xml then I won't do
anything until I see the running application and the location of these
strings.
This is my proven translation principle.

Hi Sebastian, Enrico, all
Xenia yesterday sent an ask out to some tech channels
to help with DeltaChat translations and quite a number
of people reacted apparently. So Bjoern and me admitted them.
In general acceptance of new language members so far
has been opportunistic: rather admit first and block/cancel
if problems occur (did it happen yet?)
FYI both desktop and android development was/is pretty heavy currently
as we are trying to push out good new releases in 2018 ...
which is why we were reaching out to folks to help with translations.
Personally i think that "reviewing" is quite important --
when i did this for german i found a lot of things and someone
else is currently going through reviewing.
