During an argument, one has to consider the positive and the negative points of the topic statement being argued. Debates are not necessarily for the purpose exams but just to convince your opponents to join you in support of the topic statement you are arguing for. Thus, during these argumentative essays, one has to choose the best and use a convincing language in order to win the opponents in that argumentative essay. Also, for one to come up with the best argumentative essay, he has to develop a well-laid issue so as the individuals reading the essay can get to understand the communication from the essay. The issue should further have a clear and standing point and provide for an argument considering both sides of the argument. These three approaches of choosing the best argumentative essay include:
Position essay Paper
This is an essay that raises a contradictory matter in its argument. These are those essays that are argumentative in nature and thus are the most common types at all levels in nature. When choosing these topics, one should consider a conflict in the essay and thus the writer of the essay has to use the best and convincing language so as to lure the one reading the essay. The writer can do this by having one position during the writing of the essay either to support the argument or reject it. The best argumentative essay should therefore focus on a clear position and stand of the writer of the essay. This clear stand of the writer should then be followed by well-thought and highly organized argument that tries to lure the reader of the essay into supporting the side of the writer of the essay. The essay chosen should be clearly written starting with either the proposing points then finishing with the opposing points or otherwise. Thus, when choosing the best argumentative essay, the intended reader has to consider the flow of the essay by determining on how the points are developed both the opposing and proposing points and their relevance to the title of the argument. The prospective reader of the essay should further consider the position of the writer of the essay by considering on the manner the writer develops one side of the argument and criticizes the other side of the topic being argued.

Hi all,
I've tried to outline the requirements and my vague plans as I
understand them for building deltachat-core. I hope it clarifies a
little what I'm trying to do an hopefully people can point out parts
where this isn't quite right or they have other concerns.
So these are the various scenarios I think need to be supported and how
I'm thinking of approaching them:
** Linux
- All dependencies are available.
- System dependencies get used
- Note that currently netpgp is an exception, it's objects should
always be bundled into libdeltachat.so
- Distros should use this.
- shared libdeltachat.so gets built
- installed into prefix (/usr/local by default)
- Some dependencies are missing
- Available system dependencies get used
- Missing system dependencies get built
- shared lib
- installed into prefix (/usr/local by default)
- with normal soname/soversion
- thus needs to be a reasonable standard incarnation of the
dependency
- note that boringssl is an exception, it should not be installed as
a shared lib on the system as it's libcrypto.so and libssl.so
are not API/ABI compatible with the system libs.
- note that currently netpgp is a similar exception
- shared libdeltachat.so gets built
- installed into prefix (/usr/local by default)
- Portable/monolithic library
- low priority
- all dependencies' objects bundled in libdeltachat.so
- only needed symbols
- libdeltachat.so does not have any other dependencies
** Android
- zlib is only available dependency
- link with this as shared lib
- Build static archives of all other deps
- including boringssl, i.e. libcrypto.a, libssl.a
- build libdeltachat.a
- Does not include any objects of the dependencies (aka no monolith)
- Android.mk
- needs meson/ninja to produce all .a files first
- lists the .a files as input in .mk files
- normal android build for here
- only needed symbols are included in final app
** Python bindings/wheels
- Source install needs normal Linux scenario first
- wheel
- on manylinux1 build container
- normal linux scenario install
- libs bundled in wheel with RPATH pointing to them
** Node bindings
- Use libdeltachat.a
- Thus also all .a files of dependencies
- Needs to point to .a files (+ headers) of any dependencies already
in node, e.g. OpenSSL.
** Desktop build
- ??
- Uses libdeltachat.so?
** Mac
- Mostly like linux scenarios
- Likely fewer available deps
- .so -> .dylib
** Windows
- No system dependencies
- All dependencies need to be built as .dll files
- libdeltachat.dll needs to link to them
- rpath equiv?
- ldconfig equiv?
** iOS
- Similar to android?
- meson/ninja need to produce all .a files
- these get linked into the app
** General concerns
- Various scenarios, result in using BoringSSL symbols bundled in
libdeltachat.so. When used these could result in conflicts if
whoever links libdeltachat.so already happens to link against
OpenSSL. This could be alleviated by hiding the BoringSSL symbol
visibility, but this is uncertain.
Please let me know what I got wrong and what I missed. Or any other
feedback, like the whole approach handling all dependencies with meson
is wrong etc.
Thanks,
Floris
hi all,
Delta-XI in Kyiv ended a week ago -- and there is a lot
to post-process ... let's try to have a #deltachat
sync IRC session on freenode Monday 12th November 2018
with roughly this agenda:
- last/next/blockers
- 35c3 orga (Assembly and self-organized sessions)
- upcoming vacations and development prios & timing
- next IRC syncs
- pre-IFF and general spring plans also wrt Kyiv
If you don't make the sync but want to provide your
takes please reply by e-mail. If the meeting takes
much longer than 30 minutes we may postpone topics
to the next sync.
cheers,
holger
Hello,
we have a new Language request on Transifex: Ari. It's a "dead" language:
"The Ari language is a Papuan language of the Trans–New Guinea family. As of the 2000 census there were only 50 Ari speakers, living in two villages. As of 2010 the language is considered an extinct language." (Wikipedia)
Should I accept him? It would be ok IMHO.
Thanks,
Enrico
