[delta-chat] recent spam / ML list administration

hi all, sorry about the spam mails that are recently arriving to the delta list (and other lists). I can't today look much into preventing it ... probably we turn on a manual confirmation step on list subscriptions ... if anyone here wants to help with ML list administration, that'd be much welcome. please drop me a private mail then. thanks, holger
